Have you ever taken someone's advice and then when you follow that advice with the same person that gave it to you it seems to backfire? It just shouldn't be that way. There are tough lessons to learn when being open with people about your feelings. Your supposed to be open, yet when you are open you many times you find that it may have been a lot better to not be so open because they didn't really want you to have the feeling that you had when you were open. So openness in you leads to not openness to them and then you tend to want to not be open anymore. Yes, I am talking about girls and meeting someone, then walking through the awkward friends or more stage. I've never figured that out, many seem to have figured it out, and yet each one is a whole new experience. Well I guess you just ride it out hoping that you are not misunderstood and praying for a miracle. God is into miracles, has everything under control and if I messed up and it is supposed to be He will allow that person to have understanding and allow me the mess up and recover things the way they are supposed to be.

9 days and counting down. i love Christmas and just like when i was a little boy when it gets this close i get excited. the memories and traditions with my family are the best. grandma and grandpa are headed down from up north, everybody is going to be there, how cool. everybody is always there, i am the only one that missed a year being in mission and not able to get back. the visions of sugar plums are already dancing in my head as i sleep each night. the only thing that could be better would be taking a wife of my own with me to celebrate the christmas season with.
